Since 1913, when our organization began as Kipp Abstract Company, our founders promised to provide the best service to the Real Estate Industry.  We incorporated into Oroville Title Company in 1929 later moving our title department from Oroville to Chico and changing our name to Bidwell Title & Escrow Company.
